The reservation has been made

OK gals, we are officially reserved for Archivers.  With 18 of you already saying you would like to attend I took a leap of faith and put the 24 reservations on my credit card.  The official crop hours are from 5-11 pm, but there is open cropping from 10 am -5pm, so you can come anytime starting at 10am and crop and play all day.  I will be there right at 10AM

Great News

I just spoke with Michael Wigton from PC and we are officially endorsed by PC for this event.  As it is a small event that doesn't mean a whole lot, but it is always good to know that we have their support.  More details to come as they become available.

First organized crop

OK ladies, prepare to crop!  We will be having our first organized Cricut Circle Crop in Chicago, April 30, 2011.  Please mark your calendars.  I will be reserving space for us at:

You will have a reserved seat from 10 am- 11 pm during the event.  The cost is $6, to be paid in advance to my PayPal account.  This cost reserves the space and covers pay pal fees.  If you would like to avoid the PayPal fee please contact me and arrange to send me payment via personal check.  You will get a $5 credit to spend at the Archiver's store during the crop!

Want to add to the fun?  Bring a wrapped crafting gift or supply to participate in the "craft exchange".  Please be sure to let me know if you are planning to participate in the craft exchange so that we can plan accordingly.  ALL GIFTS SHOULD BE NEW & APPROXIMATELY $15 IN VALUE, AND IN LINE WITH CURRENT TREND (PLEASE DO NOT BRING OLD UNUSABLE ITEMS FROM YOUR STASH)!

There are several local resturants including Panera Bread and Qdoba in the same strip mall where you can grab food, or feel free to bring your own meals. Food is NOT included in the cost of the event.
